A license to practice law in Alabama is required. Additional Skills: The candidate must have a JD from an accredited law school. Must be willing to innovate more efficient ways
of doing things and open to change. Integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness must be unwavering in order to succeed, along with a willingness to do whatever it takes to help the team as a whole.
Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be a self-starter that will address team and client needs in a quick and successful manner. Must have a positive attitude, be driven to learn, grow, and always treat others with respect and professionalism. Must enjoy being warm, hospitable, engaging, friendly, empathetic, and passionate about helping people solve problems. Must be proficient at using a computer (tech-savvy) and knowledge of computer programs such as saving documents in folders, typing, Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar and case management software.
