Role Overview: As an Associate Attorney, you'll be an integral part of our litigation team, working on diverse cases in condo/HOA law, construction, and civil litigation. You will have
your own cases and work with professionals dedicated to your success. You will: Manage a caseload encompassing various aspects of condo/HOA law, construction, and civil litigation.
Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents such as complaints, motions, and briefs. Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and potentially trials, showcasing strong advocacy skills. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external parties to achieve favorable outcomes. Assist senior attorneys in case preparation and strategy development. Qualifications: 1-4 years of attorney experience, preferably with a focus on condo/HOA law, construction, and civil litigation.
Must be a member of The Florida Bar Association in good standing.
