D. ) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to a state bar and in good standing.1-8 years of experience

in patent law. Strong technical background, including a bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant technical field. Excellent legal research and writing skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Certifications: Registered to practice before the USPTO is preferred. Candidates planning to sit for the USPTO registration exam will also be considered. Skills: In-depth knowledge of patent law and intellectual property regulations. Proficiency in patent search tools and software. Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in legal research and writing.
