Requirements:0-5 years of experience in civil litigation, focusing on real estate, land use, corporate and business, and receivership matters.
Admission to practice law in Rhode Island is mandatory. Preferred admission to practice in Massachusetts. Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures in civil litigation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to the Rhode Island Bar is required.
