highly qualified Junior To Mid-Level Tax, Trusts, And Estates Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of sophisticated domestic tax, trusts, and estates planning experience.
The ideal candidate will hold strong academic credentials, including an LLM in Taxation, and preferably have prior experience in a major law firm.
Duties Provide comprehensive legal advice and support in the areas of domestic tax, trusts, and estate planning. Collaborate with clients to backss their individual needs and develop tailored strategies to achieve their financial goals. Conduct legal research and analysis on complex tax issues to ensure accurate and up-to-date advice. Requirements Minimum of 3
years of experience in sophisticated domestic tax, trusts, and estate planning. Possession of an LLM in Taxation from a reputable institution. Proven track record of success in providing legal counsel in tax matters.
Experience in a major law firm is preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. LLM in Taxation from a reputable institution. Certifications Admission to the Florida State Bar. Any additional relevant certifications in tax law are a plus. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
