Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner. Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products. Engage in both physical and sedentary

activities, including working at a computer for extended periods, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as needed. Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:3-6 years of experience with civil litigation in state and federal courts. Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Experience conducting and defending depositions, managing a case docket, and appearing in court is preferred. Candidates with experience handling toxic tort and asbestos litigation are a plus. Admission to the New York Bar is a plus. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to the New York Bar

(optional). Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in legal research, writing, and analysis. Case management and docketing skills. Ability to conduct and defend depositions. Familiarity with toxic tort and asbestos litigation. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
