The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal counsel in estate planning, estate and trust administration, wealth preservation, and business succession planning.

Duties: Practice in all areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, wealth preservation, and business succession planning. Advise individuals and families on appropriate tax and estate planning arrangements, financial planning,
estate and generation-skipping tax planning, trust administration, probate administration, and charitable planning to meet specific objectives. Counsel executives and business owners in a broad range of corporate law matters.
Conduct document drafting and senior-level reviews. Demonstrate a commitment to understanding and solving complex business issues. Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Estates and Trusts Attorney. Strong client relationship management, project management, and negotiating skills. Extensive experience in all facets of estate planning, administration, wealth preservation, and business succession planning. Experience advising individuals, families, executives,
and business owners. Familiarity with complex business issues.
Previous experience in a large law firm is preferred. Excellent academic record and top-tier law school JD. An active member of the Florida Bar in good standing. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from a top-tier, ABA-approved law school. Certifications: An active member of the Florida Bar. Skills: Excellent client relationship management. Strong project management and negotiating skills. Proficient in document drafting and senior-level reviews. In-depth knowledge of estate planning, administration, and business succession planning.
