Duties: Litigate cases involving product liability, personal injury, property damage, complex commercial litigation, and environmental matters.
Manage cases from inception through trial, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, overseeing discovery, preparing for depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing. Handle matters in both State and Federal Courts, with a preference for candidates with Federal Court experience. Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel,
and e-discovery platforms. Demonstrate excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills. Manage multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner.
