Counsel clients on income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping tax planning. Assist with probate proceedings for taxable and non-taxable estates. Process Federal gift and estate tax returns. Engage in tax-exempt organization planning. Requirements:3-5
years of relevant experience in estate planning, trust administration, and business succession planning. Strong knowledge of drafting sophisticated estate plans and business succession planning documents.
Experience in counseling clients on various tax planning matters. Familiarity with probate proceedings for taxable and non-taxable estates.
