Duties: Draft complex estate plans and business succession planning documents for high-net-worth individuals. Draft complex charitable giving documents. Counsel clients on income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping tax planning. Assist with probate proceedings for taxable and non-taxable estates. Process Federal gift and estate tax returns. Engage in tax-exempt organization planning. Requirements:3-5
years of relevant experience in estate planning, trust administration, and business succession planning. Strong knowledge of drafting sophisticated estate plans and business succession planning documents.
Experience in counseling clients on various tax planning matters. Familiarity with probate proceedings for taxable and non-taxable estates. Proficient in processing Federal gift and estate tax returns. An active member of the Florida Bar in good standing. Education: Juris Doctor (J. D. ) degree from an ABA-approved law school.
