Job Details: Duties: Represent borrowers, lenders, and/or government-sponsored enterprises in commercial loan transactions. Review, draft, and negotiate loan documents. Manage legal due diligence, including organizational

documents, ownership structure, title, survey, zoning, leases, and legal opinions. Manage and close complex commercial real estate transactions. Provide expertise on loans secured by multifamily housing, seniors housing, affordable housing, manufactured housing, and/or hotels.

Train and manage junior associates and paralegals. Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Prior law firm experience is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Detail-oriented and organized. Outstanding academic record. Education: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to and in good standing with the Maryland Bar. Skills: Proficient in

reviewing, drafting, and negotiating loan documents. Strong legal due diligence skills.
