Job Details: Manage a caseload of probate litigation matters, including estate and trust disputes, guardianship, conservatorship issues, and related cases. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Represent clients in court hearings, mediation, and settlement negotiations. Collaborate with senior attorneys to

develop litigation strategies. Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and advice on their cases. Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines in the practice of law in Arizona.

Assist with case management and preparation for hearings and trials. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the legal process. Prepare and present oral arguments in court. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients. Requirements:2 years of experience as an attorney in probate litigation is preferred. Knowledge of Probate Law: Familiarity with Arizona's probate laws, including estate and trust litigation, guardianship, and conservatorship laws.

Skills in litigation, particularly in probate or closely related areas, even if as part of their legal education or internships.

Ability to conduct thorough and accurate legal research and analysis. Proficiency in drafting legal documents, pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence. Capability to manage a caseload effectively, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to the Arizona State Bar. Skills: Strong litigation skills, particularly in probate or closely related areas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Thorough legal research and analysis abilities.
