Trust and Estate Planning Associate Attorney to provide comprehensive estate planning, trust administration, and wealth management advice to a diverse clientele.
The ideal candidate should possess 3-7 years of experience in sophisticated estate plan drafting, trust administration, and business succession planning.
Duties: Provide a full range of sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and wealth management advice to individuals, businesses, and charitable organizations. Draft complex estate plans and business succession planning documents for high-net-worth individuals. Draft complex charitable giving documents. Counsel clients on income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping
tax planning. Assist with probate proceedings for taxable and non-taxable estates. Process Federal gift and estate tax returns. Conduct tax-exempt organization planning.
Requirements:3-7 years of experience in estate plan drafting, trust administration, estate and gift tax planning, and business succession planning. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a sophisticated practice in a busy, collegial environment. Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Education and Certifications: J. D. from an ABA-approved law school. An active member in good standing of the Florida Bar. Skills: Proficient in drafting complex estate plans and business succession planning documents. Knowledgeable
in charitable giving and tax planning. Familiarity with probate proceedings for taxable and non-taxable estates.
Experience processing Federal gift and estate tax returns. Ability to provide counsel on income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping tax planning. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
