Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients when appropriate. Requirements Membership in the State Bar of Arizona is mandatory. Proven experience in litigating business, commercial, real property, and construction cases. Strong knowledge of Arizona state
laws and regulations about the specified practice areas. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team.
