requests for orders, managing discovery demands and responses, conducting comprehensive legal research and briefings, and drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and judgments. The Associate Attorney will also provide support to lead attorneys during trial cases, maintain open lines of communication with clients and Opposing Counsel, and prepare for and attend hearings and court appearances.

The ideal candidate will hold a J. D. Degree and be admitted to practice law in the state of California. Must possess strong research and writing skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and the capability to effectively explain complex legal issues to non-lawyers. Collaboration

is a key aspect of this role, requiring the ability to work harmoniously with others and consider diverse perspectives. Efficiently managing multiple time-sensitive projects and translating intricate issues into actionable recommendations are essential skills.

Experience with high assets, high conflict, and complex cases is highly desirable, as is a financial or tax background or an undergraduate degree. Proficiency with MS Office, including Word and Excel, as well as familiarity with software applications such as Abacus and Disso Master, is also advantageous.
