support in a fast-paced environment. Duties: Provide exceptional legal representation for clients, ensuring the highest level of client support. Manage the firm's caseload of clients under the direct supervision of the managing attorney. Progressively handle work with increasing independence, minimizing legal or clerical errors.
Meet and communicate with clients to address their legal needs and concerns. Represent clients at hearings and various legal proceedings. Prepare and write legal memoranda with a high level of accuracy and completeness. Produce and/or oversee the production of completed immigration petitions. Requirements: A minimum of 6 years of experience as an Immigration Attorney.
Proven ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. In-depth knowledge and familiarity with family and employment-based immigration law. Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a caseload and meet quarterly goals.
Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. Certifications: Certification in immigration law is preferred. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in a busy environment handling clients' intense legal needs. Proficient in legal research and analysis. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a legal team.
