will be responsible for managing insurance defense litigation matters and handling a diverse caseload that includes general liability, premises liability, construction defect, professional liability, product liability, and other practice areas. Duties: Manage a caseload involving substantial litigation defense.
Handle various practice areas, including general liability, premises liability, construction defect, professional liability, product liability, and others. Conducted legal research and provided analysis of legal issues. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses. Attend court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed. Communicate
effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members. Stay current on legal developments and case law relevant to insurance defense litigation.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of litigation experience. Strong understanding of insurance defense litigation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Demonstrated legal research and analytical skills. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active license to practice
