The Mass Tort Intake Attorney will be responsible for evaluating the merits of potential cases, maintaining significant client contact, and managing a sizable docket. Additional responsibilities include providing relevant research, drafting complex legal memoranda, and handling various aspects of the discovery process.

The role involves general client intake, drafting claim submissions and plaintiff fact sheets, client correspondence, maintaining client databases, document review, organizing medical records, and managing an intake specialist team. Job Details: Evaluate the merits of potential mass tort cases. Engage in daily client communication for general intake purposes. Draft claim

submissions and plaintiff fact sheets. Prepare client correspondence and maintain client information databases. Conduct document reviews and reach out to clients for missing information.

Order and organize medical records. Manage and direct an assigned team of intake specialists. Provide periodic reports and updates to senior management. Maintain the daily organization of a high-volume docket. Document, organize, and prepare files for submission. Handle additional projects as assigned. Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida. Experience working in the Eastern District of NC is a plus. Demonstrate excellent written

and verbal communication skills. Utilize strong researching and problem-solving skills.
