OTHER REQUIRED TASKS: 1. Assists Clinical Director, as needed, to ensure unplanned discharges remain below 15% by analyzing data and developing and implementing effective reduction plans.

Assists Clinical Director, as needed, with meeting with all employees at least bi-monthly to provide feedback on documentation and therapeutic performance and to provide guidance and coaching as needed. 3. Assists Clinical Director, as needed, to effectively monitor staff’s performance, providing coaching and discipline as needed to ensure peak performance. 4. Consistently identifies areas for improvement within the department by analyzing data and developing, implementing and documenting plans for improvement and outcomes.
5. Assists the Clinical Director to recruit and hire clinical team members. 6. Maintains positive relationships with all staff. 7. Creates a positive environment for staff. 8.
