POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES backssing clients' physical and mental wellness, needs, preferences and abilities and using these to develop tailored care plans. Working with clients, family and friend support networks and health care professionals to put care plans in place. Listening to clients' concerns and providing counseling or intervention as required. Recording clients' progress including
charting referrals, home visits and other notable interactions. Evaluating clients' progress periodically and making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
Following up with discharged clients to ensure they were satisfied with services and still in good physical and mental health. Actively supports the policies and procedures of University Health. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited school, three year's current experience in social work and demonstrated level of clinical social work skills indicative of ability to engage in self-regulated practice are required. Minimum of one year providing supervision to social workers or other related fields
is preferred. LICENSURE State licensure as an LCSW by the Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners is required.

Compensation: For a full-time permanent appointment, the annual base salary is $79,500 and total compensation inclusive of the benefits listed above is valued at a minimum of $108,346.
