analysis into a coherent written memorandum or brief for submission to a client, court, or arbitrator. Appearing in court and arbitration on behalf of the firm's clients and presenting well-reasoned arguments. Drafting, analyzing, and summarizing complicated legal documents, including Parenting Plans, Separation Agreements, and Marital Agreements, and suggesting alterations to those documents.

Performing discovery of various electronically stored data and hard copies of information in preparation for litigation. Preparing clients for settlement negotiations, mediation, and collaborative divorce team meetings. Preparing for and attending mediations/arbitrations and negotiating with outside

parties. Preparing for and attending team meetings and negotiating with outside parties in collaborative divorce discussions. Anticipating and mitigating potential legal problems within the law firm or for a client - and developing strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk.

Should have 1 year of litigation experience. Must be licensed to practice law in Colorado. Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Benefits include unlimited PTO, retirement matching, and medical benefits.
