Duties: Research various legal issues and collaborate with other attorneys to develop case strategies. Take and defend depositions on a regular basis. Manage all aspects of discovery and e-discovery processes. Draft reports to clients, memoranda, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Participate in trial/ADR planning and preparation. Represent clients in courtroom appearances. Manage filing decisions and ensure the filing
process is complete. Monitor filed dockets for new orders and case developments. Ensure compliance with all applicable court orders. Provide regular updates on mass tort cases to the Partner in charge.
Oversee settlement programs when they arise. Provide daily activity reporting to the Partner in charge.
