The candidate should be a registered practitioner before the U. S. Patent and Trademark Office and hold a Ph. D. in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related discipline. Duties: Draft and prosecute patent applications in the biotech sector, ensuring adherence to legal standards and client objectives. Evaluate and analyze patent portfolios, providing strategic advice to clients on intellectual

property matters. Conduct due diligence investigations related to biotech IP, backssing risks and opportunities. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and align legal strategies accordingly.

Stay abreast of developments in biotechnology, patent law, and related fields to inform legal advice. Requirements:3-8 years of relevant experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in biotechnology. Registration to practice before the U. S. Patent and Trademark Office is mandatory. Ph. D. in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related discipline. Desirable: Prior experience in a law firm environment. Excellent academic
