Duties: Draft legal documents and contracts related to real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development, and leasing. Counsel clients on legal matters and provide expert advice in the realm of real estate, transactional, and corporate law. Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff at all levels, demonstrating a strong client service ethic. Manage components of transactions and, over time, take
responsibility for entire transactions independently. Requirements:3-6 years of relevant experience in real estate, transactional, and/or corporate law. Admitted to practice law in the state of Maine.
