The Attorney will work collaboratively with teams, supervise support staff, and handle a large, active docket of personal injury cases throughout Ohio in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Duties: Investigate case facts and develop damaged evidence. Negotiate all aspects of case settlements, including lien resolution. Maintain communication and positive relationships with clients, opposing attorneys, court personnel, and insurance representatives. Work with teams to accomplish law firm goals. Supervise
support staff. Handle a large, active docket of personal injury cases throughout Ohio. Ensure reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Be aggressive, focused, and able to work in a fast-paced, professional environment. Requirements: Admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio.2-5 years of plaintiff or defense personal injury practice. Insurance defense and/or prior claims handling experience is a major advantage. Proficiency in MS Office required. Knowledge of Needles case management software is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and overall superior communication and presentation skills. Superior negotiation skills and ability to work
under pressure. Education: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
