Duties: Design, implement, and administer qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, including 403(b) plans and health and welfare plans Provide legal counsel on executive compensation matters Conduct legal research and stay abreast of developments in employee benefits law Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions Offer guidance on compliance issues related to ERISA-covered
plans Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and plan documents Represent clients in negotiations, meetings, and hearings as required Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations Requirements:4+ years of demonstrated employee benefits experience in a law firm, accounting/consulting firm, or as an in-house counsel Excellent technical, legal research, professional, and client service skillinteractionceptional written and verbal communication and advocacy skills Effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities Ability to work independently and proactively Proven track record of developing creative solutions to meet client and team needs NJ Bar admission in good standing
Education: Juris Doctor (J.
