the supervision of other attorneys. Will conduct excellent legal research and provide thoughtfully written analyses of legal questions. Draft motions and briefs with minimal supervision. Work closely with other attorneys to provide recommendations for resolving legal issues.
Communicate with clients and provide detailed reports on case status. Attend hearings and pretrial conferences. Maintain client expectations by providing professional and timely updates on cases. Develop case strategies and projections. Handle depositions and court appearances. Should preferably have exposure to commercial litigation, with deposition, motion practice, and oral argument experience. Must have solid
experience in trials (bench and jury) as first or second chair; taking/defending depositions; motion practice and mediation/arbitration. Deposition and courtroom experience are essential.
Experience with electronic discovery tools is essential. Must be admitted to practice in Florida. Additional Skills: The candidate should have a JD degree from an accredited law school. Excellent research and writing skills are essential. Must have superior written and oral communication skills.
