In addition to ensuring the correct authorized parties are set up to sign and all complete the paperwork prior to funding. Work with underwriters and other resources to assist and eventually handle legal issues that arise with Search2Close or Search2Close
customers. Under no circumstance should you practice law as an employee of Search2Close, only as an attorney for your LLC. Take initiative to generate new business but more importantly WOW existing client base and keep them coming back.
Research and become involved; examples include but are not limited to, commercial real estate, referrals through a divorce or estate attorneys, preliminary judicial reviews Continuing education - teach state-approved classes and write new classes to teach Obtain an Ohio Title Insurance Agent License Within the first (120) days of employment Sets goals in accordance with company objectives and track progress toward goals Provides assistance to team members
as needed Keeps management informed of area activities, changes in competitive conditions, and significant problems Maintains complete and accurate reports and records Attends meetings as required and do so consistently.

Be available, if needed, to close loans and/or attend industry events during and after business hours Responds to all emails/phone calls within 4 hours QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Member of Ohio or Florida Bar Valid driver's license EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Previous legal experience is helpful, but not required SKILLS/ABILITIES: Strong interpersonal and public relations skills Well organized Ability to problem solve Able to use computer tracking system.
