Parent Child and Family Health (PCFH) is a unit within the Public Health Division of the Multnomah County Health Department with multiple home visiting programs.
These programs use community-based strategies to ensure that diverse populations in Multnomah County have access to services that best serve their communities. PCFH programs ensure a trauma-informed, equity focused systems approach to Multnomah County home visiting resources. The primary goals of PCFH programs are to improve pregnancy outcomes, decrease health inequities among people of
