Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Attend court hearings and depositions as required. Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an
accredited law school. Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in transportation, government, or hospitality law.
