Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Attend court hearings and depositions as required. Collaborate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on litigation matters. Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an

accredited law school. Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in transportation, government, or hospitality law.

Strong litigation and case management skills. Certifications: Florida Bar admission. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
