Duties: Provide legal counsel and support on matters related to investment funds. Draft and review legal documents, including fund formation documents, contracts, and agreements. Conduct legal research to stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations impacting investment funds. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Advise clients on fund structuring, regulatory compliance, and risk

management. Represent clients in negotiations and meetings with regulatory authorities as needed. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in investment fund law.

Requirements: Juris Doctor (J. D. ) degree from an accredited law school or equivalent. Bar admissions in the state of Massachusetts. Education: Juris Doctor (J. D. ) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Bar admissions in Massachusetts. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and client service skills.
