If you're a skilled legal professional with a passion for automotive liability law, this position offers a unique opportunity to excel. As an Associate Attorney specializing in automotive liability, you will play a pivotal role in independently handling a caseload of automotive liability matters from investigations to trials.

Your responsibilities will encompass conducting legal research to develop case strategies, evaluating potential cases for merit, and providing recommendations to senior attorneys. Effective communication with clients, insurance companies, and opposing

counsel is key, as you will provide updates on case progress and explain legal strategies. You will also advocate for clients' interests in settlement negotiations and at trial, staying current with changes in automotive liability laws, regulations, and precedents.

Your role will involve analyzing complex legal issues, drafting legal memoranda, and providing informed counsel to clients and senior attorneys. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and responding to discovery requests, representing clients in court proceedings, and collaborating with a team to ensure efficient case management. To excel in this role, candidates should have expertise in automotive liability law,

a Juris Doctor (J. D. ) degree from an accredited law school, and an active State Bar membership.

A strong understanding of automotive liability laws and regulations is essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven litigation experience, including trial and deposition experience, is preferred, as well as proficiency in legal research and analysis. Being detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills will contribute to your success, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of relevant legal software and case management tools is a plus, and a demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal services and achieving favorable outcomes for clients is highly valued.
