Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings. Preside over paralegals and administrative assistants, overseeing time records, client billing, meetings, and project completion. Organize and maintain files to ensure accuracy for attorneys, paralegals, and staff. Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients. Create legal
documents, including correspondence, briefs, motions, pleadings, contracts, affidavits, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings.
Communicate with senior associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case handling. Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the guidance of senior associate attorneys. Willingly learn from senior attorneys to meet client needs and contribute to the growth of the client base. Requirements: Admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm. Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA). Successful
completion of the State Bar exam. Juris Doctorate (J. D.
