Position duties include: Communicating with clients and overseeing case to resolution Prepare and review financial documents to determine the best resolution, such as Offer in Compromise, Installment Agreements, Currently Non-Collectible and Penalty Abatement for IRS and State tax agencies Communicate with all Federal and State tax agencies to obtain the best resolution for clients; release wage/bank levies; secure holds and meet deadlines.
Prioritize case load and able to handle large volume of cases Ability to complete and close cases on a weekly basis Minimum Qualifications: Bar licensed Attorney in good standing 1+ year of
Tax Resolution or Tax Controversy experience preferred, not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent client servicing skills Self-sufficient and well organized with a strong work ethic.
Able to work independently and also within a team. Attention to detail, patience, and the ability to prioritize a must. Willingness to take ownership of your job responsibilities, you are accountable for your caseload. Hours of work: 9 am to 6 pm Monday thru Friday. Salary will be based on experience with room for advancement in salary and responsibilities.
