We are currently looking for a Tort Attorney. This position can be located in our Kansas City, Kansas office or our St. Louis, Missouri office to help us meet the needs of our growing legal practice. Please refer to the qualifications below. Duties/Responsibilities Manage a tort defense caseload with independence Successfully try cases, conduct depositions and mediations Effectively establish, build, and maintain relationships with all assigned clients Participate in

marketing and business development opportunities within the firm Engage in a collaborative team atmosphere Utilize available technology to manage clients effectively and efficiently within a paperless work environment Qualifications Minimum seven years of relevant experience Licensed and in good standing in Kansas and/or Missouri Understanding of current court-related procedures Excellent written and oral communication skills Attention to detail Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Collaborative and committed to working as part of a team Job Posted by Applicant Pro
