Responsibilities Research federal, state, and local matters; Make multi-jurisdictional filings; Interface with internal and external clients Format and construct various correspondence and other legal documents; Manage correspondence between attorney and clients; Organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic files in a paperless environment; Oversight of individual client preferences, client accounts, client invoices and requests; Maintain attorney calendar; Client Intake; Drafting basic forms; Proofreading draft documents Provide proactive and advanced legal support; and Other tasks as needed.

Qualifications Knowledge of commercial registered agents and business search requests

in foreign jurisdictions; Knowledge of court requirements and procedures; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Power Point; Ability to meet required deadlines, multi-task, prioritize, organize, and work calmly under pressure; High attention to detail, be proactive, and self-motivated; Ability to both follow instructions, and to think and work independently; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Professional appearance and attitude; Two years of corporate and/or related transactional experience preferred; and Bachelor's degree preferred.
