Duties: Manage and oversee business immigration cases, ensuring compliance with I-9 regulations and handling audits from DOL, DHS, and DOJ. Provide expert guidance on nonimmigrant visa categories, including H1B, L-1, TN, O1, and immigrant

visa processes, such as PERM applications. Maintain a high level of client service by effectively communicating with clients, providing updates, and addressing inquiries.

Demonstrate advanced writing and analytical skills by preparing legal documents, petitions, and correspondences. Efficiently manage a caseload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines. Stay abreast of changes in immigration laws and policies to provide up-to-date and accurate advice to clients. Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active membership in good standing with the State Bar Association of Pennsylvania. Minimum of 5 years of specialized experience

in business immigration law. Proven experience in handling I-9 Compliance, DOL, DHS, and DOJ audits.

Expertise in nonimmigrant visa categories (H1B, L-1, TN, O1) and immigrant visa processes (PERM applications). Excellent client service and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large client base effectively. Certifications: Active membership in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) is preferred but not required. Skills: Advanced writing and analytical skills.
