Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs. Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients' needs after analysis. Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings. SKILLS: Excellent grammar and writing skills. Strong attention to detail - if you don't LIKE details, this is not for you. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Minimum 2 years of litigation experience as an attorney.

Experience: Contested probate experience preferred. Active Arizona Bar license required. Value the back-office support of an established firm with a good reputation. Able to handle contested probate cases independently with little to no supervision.
