Duties Represent borrowers, agents, lead arrangers, and lenders in fund finance transactions.
Handle various fund finance facilities, including NAV-based, subscription credit, capital call, and other related structures. Provide legal counsel on hybrid, open-end, HNW, aftercare, umbrella, management fee, and GP lines. Work with a diverse client base involved in corporate credit, private equity, real estate, and other investment funds. Navigate complex legal
issues related to fund finance and subscription line credit facilities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation. Requirements Minimum of 6 years of experience in fund finance, focusing on subscription line credit facilities and NAV-based facilities.
Prior experience working with Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) is a strong plus. Proven track record of large law firm experience. Strong understanding of the legal intricacies of hybrid, open-end, HNW, aftercare, umbrella, management fee, and GP lines. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
