will work on cases in a variety of areas including entity formation, governance, tax exemption and compliance, formation of commercial agreements, loan documents, and development of programs to assist community economic opportunities. This position also includes navigating legal processes, regulations, and compliance within the cannabis industry.
Knowledge of or experience working with Indian law and/or tribal courts is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office and cloud-based computing environment is preferred. Must be an active admission to any State Bar, with the ability to become licensed in Nebraska. Additional Skills: The candidate must have a J. D. from an ABA-accredited Law
School. Must have attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures. Must have ability to effectively interact, orally and in writing.
