Review contracts with potential clients internally and externally (hospitals, home visits, etc. ). Review all new auto calls for the department daily to ensure appropriate actions are being taken. Take escalated calls to save cases or handle disgruntled callers/clients. Provide weekend and evening call coverage. Provide legal support for Intake Specialists and provide training for new calls and write-ups as needed. Admission to the State Bar of Arizona is required. Must have a Juris Doctorate and excellent telephone etiquette.
