C. S. A. 2161 et seq. (must be submitted with application); (3) Be a United States Citizen; (4) Be physically and mentally fit to perform full duties of a police officer; (5) Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age; and (6) Possess a valid Pennsylvania motor vehicle operator license.
Currently there is no residency requirements. Successful applicants must also meet all the requirements of the Borough's Civil Service Rules and Regulations that will include a background investigation
