Overview: The Asset Protection Agent develops, implements, and maintains systems that improve AP and operational effectiveness while increasing customer satisfaction. The AP Manager collaborates with all departments to ensure that systemic sources of shrink and loss are recognized and addressed.

They are responsible for investigations and audits that are both routine and responsive to incidents. The AP Manager is the principal liaison for justice authorities and outside AP/Security vendors.
