You observe our property for signs of crime or disorder and investigate any disturbances. Using your keen eye for detail, you take accurate notes of unusual occurrences and report any suspicious incidents you encounter. As needed, you apprehend criminals and evict violators while abiding by applicable laws or regulations. On a daily basis, you conduct random or routine building and perimeter inspections as well as monitor and control access to our building entrances and vehicle gates.
