Come join our team! Position Summary: Responsible for the equipment and supplies for various labs, ensuring all equipment and materials are ordered, inventoried, and maintained. Main Responsibilities: Order, receive, and track inventory of equipment and supplies. Maintain inventory database. Coordinate and ship samples from client studies, including
preparing paperwork, scheduling shipment, confirming manifest and packing samples. Work as the Equipment Manager to assure proper qualification, maintenance and calibration of lab equipment and instruments.
Maintain all appropriate paperwork, and record keeping, including logs, timesheet, routine and non-routine maintenance records. Liaise with vendors, negotiate pricing as appropriate. Maintain inventory of all refrigeration and freezer storage, ensure appropriate records are maintained. Responsible for all instrument service contracts and organizing preventive maintenance visits as appropriate. Organize pipet and analytical balance calibrations performed site-wide on routine basis using
external contractor or other calibration method. Key Qualifications: High School and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience Must have prior laboratory experience Strong motivation, independence, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
