Duties and Responsibilities: Establish and proactively maintain a working relationship with customers to ensure expectations are met. Reconcile agency direct and agency bill commissions. Track agency commission deposits in internal tracking sheet Prepare producer commission statements. Prepare agency commission production reports. Coordinate with bookkeeping
team on mutual agency work. Answer calls that are directed to the department. Other duties as assigned.
