Exemptions for medical or religious reasons will be processed through Human Resources. _ Essential Functions: Manages operations of research studies or clinical trial protocols requiring the expertise and care of a Registered Nurse. Administer and implement treatment procedures or drugs, monitors and studies their effects, and conducts subject medical evaluations. Obtains
biologic tissue and blood samples as necessary and collects information through interviews, questionnaires, test results, and charts. Manages the collection of complex research study or clinical trial data.
Develops methods for collection, database storage, tracking, analysis, and interpretation of data. Prepares study and research related documentation. Develops, recommends, and implements policies and procedures and/or methods of clinical research to meet changing needs and requirements and enforce standards. Performs Institutional Review Board (IRB) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) protocol development and ensure compliance of research operations with
protocols and all relevant local, federal, and state regulatory and institutional policies.
Provide guidance and direction to staff engaged in clinical research or trials to ensure compliance with protocols and overall clinical objectives. Continuously educates and trains personnel on compliance and protocol. Perform other duties as assigned. Education: Bachelor's degree. Preference in Nursing or other discipline appropriate to the position. Experience: Three (3) years' experience nursing, clinical, or in a relevant research specialization related to the position. Certification/Licensure: Certification from Association of Clinical Research Professionals or Society of Clinical Research Associates preferred.
May require training related to occupational safety and health, environmental compliance, shipping of hazardous materials and/or ionizing radiation. The incumbent provides the highest quality of service to every customer. Primary Responsibilities: Analyzes the creditworthiness of borrowers, identifies key credit issues and prepares full written analysis according to available information and established policies and procedures accurately and timely including completion
of FOCUS underwriting document and all components thereof with the focus on larger relationships and the most complex transactions with little or some oversite.
Prepares cash flow and global cash flow analysis for borrowers according to established policies and procedures accurately and timely to aid in the analysis of a borrower's creditworthiness. Utilizes Baker Hill software to spread various types of submitted financial statements according to established policies and procedures accurately and timely to aid in the analysis of a borrower's creditworthiness. Researches available data including internet sources and subscription-based utilities as available and summarizes information
regarding current and projected status of certain industries and borrowers of Bank services along with general economic trends and conditions according to the availability of research data to aid in the quality of lending decisions.
Develops a personal program for maintaining an adequate level of knowledge in banking matters, compliance, credit analysis, policies and procedures and personal skills and demonstrates interpersonal behavior, attitude, judgment, communication and initiative with customers and employees to ensure an acceptable degree of performance. Acts as effective leader on complex transactions including syndications, multi-level capital structures, and/or investment real estate while demonstrating excellent communication skills and uses those communication skills to voice opinion in a clear, concise manner to effectively solve problems/make recommendations regarding credit structure, risk, appropriate risk ratings and policy compliance.
Independently research various industries utilizing available resources and summarizes information regarding current and projected status of certain industries, markets, and borrowers of Bank services along with general economic trends and conditions according to the availability of research data to aid senior leaders when making lending decisions.
