The LPN supervises CNAs and provides direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and MFNC guidelines. Provides general nursing care to patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and MFNC nursing policy and procedures. Writes weekly/monthly summaries of patients' status, abilities and
addresses problems identified in the patient care plan for RN review. Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse. One (1) year of previous nursing experience preferred.
