family needs Create and initiate care plans through backssing history of current and previous illnesses Record important health information including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Provide health care instructions to the patient as appropriate Record symptom management changes and outcomes Complete, maintain, and submit accurate and relevant clinical notes regarding patient's condition and care given And additional duties as assigned Qualifications Qualifications An enthusiasm for providing the best possible care to patients and their families A Registered Nurse license in good standing1 year of experience
