A day in the life of a Mortgage Servicing Representative Working out of our Rockland Headquarters, the Mortgage Servicing Representative will upload and fund new loans, home equity products and LOC's, review and perform escrow analysis and process loan payments.
File maintenance for our members and assisting with member and branch loan inquiries will also make up part of the day. Other duties will include tracking insurance premiums and performing quality control on mortgage uploads. Skills
& Requirements The Mortgage Servicing Representative position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and two to three years of mortgage servicing experience.
Your communication skills are top notch and you are comfortable talking with members and staff at all levels. Your experience has also taught you how to organize and work independently while juggling multiple priorities with tight deadlines. You have experience working within the guidelines of Reg X, CFPB, RESPA, and Mass Gen Law, Chapter 183 sec 55 as well as other lending regulations.
