telephonic communication and/or, approved, online portals· Escalates appropriate scenarios to the verification supervisor or the billing director, when required· Communicate situations projected to result in a significant non-covered balance to the verification supervisor or the billing director· Maintains full compliance with HIPAA and OSHA guidelines· Has a full understanding and knowledge of multiple insurance agencies and the benefits provided· Monitors the Installation Verification inbox and returns standard request emails within 1 hour· Monitors the Installation Verification inbox and returns urgent request emails within 20 minutes· Adheres to all current and new procedures and policies·
